Most products do not have a technical problem. They have a usage problem.Users drop off, flows feel confusing, and decisions do not match real behavior.That is where I focus.I look at a product as a whole system, how users move through it, where friction appears, and what breaks the experience.Instead of guessing, I break it down into specific points:
- where users get confused or leave
- what feels overloaded or unnecessary
- what should be simplified, changed, or removedThis way, decisions are based on how the product actually works in reality, not on assumptions.
